The Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce seeks to sustain a productive and profitable business community by working closely with local, county, and state elected officials. By representing over 700 Member Businesses, the Chamber makes a continuing dialogue with the community's elected representatives a top priority. You can often find the Chamber weighing in on important legislation and political activity that may help or harm businesses in the area. Simply put, the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce utilizes the large business community it represents to be heard and taken seriously at the local, county, and state levels of government.

 The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) represents approximately 725,000 members who work in a wide variety of fields, including utilities, construction, telecommunications, broadcasting, manufacturing, railroads and government.  The IBEW has members in both the United States and Canada and stands out among the American unions in the AFL-CIO because it is among the largest and has members in so many skilled occupations.

The Napa Chamber of Commerce, like any great business, continues to change and grow in response to the needs of our members and the community.  From testifying at a public hearing on a critical issue and educating members on local, state and federal legislation to providing unique networking opportunities and professional development - our Chamber is a the forefront.  Our strength lies in the diversity and participation of our membership, and our array of programs offer something for everyone.

 NECA has provided over a century of service to the $130 billion electrical construction industry that brings power, light, and communication technology to buildings and communities across the United States. NECA’s national and 119 local chapters advance the industry through advocacy, education, research, and standards development.

 The NJATC was created over 68 years ago and has developed into what perhaps is the largest apprenticeship and training program of its kind. Local programs affiliated with the NJATC have trained over 350,000 apprentices to journeyman status without cost to the taxpayers. This joint program between the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) has clearly demonstrated the most cost effective way to train qualified craft workers.
