We were honored to receive a NECA Project Excellence Award for our work on the Stone Brewing Napa project. This project was a renovation of the historic Borreo building in downtown Napa. It included new distribution, fire-alarm, site lighting, power and data to the 2-story restaurant and bar, decorative interior lighting, and power and controls to the brewery tanks & equipment.

The historic Borreo building, named for the family that formerly owned the historic stone structure, is an Italianate Renaissance design made from native-cut stone. It was completed in 1877 and had been vacant since 2001. Historic elements were kept in place while adding expansive doors to the building’s western wall, allowing a stunning garden view, facing the Napa River.
