We are proud to be recognized with a Project Excellence Award from the Northern California Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) for our work on the Sonoma Academy Performing Arts Center. Selected by a panel of industry professionals, this honor highlights the project’s originality, craftsmanship, and the complexity of its electrical installation. The award reflects our unwavering commitment to technical excellence, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality work across every phase of the project.
Completed in 2024, this 14,750-square-foot performing arts facility brings a new level of creative and technical possibility to the community. We contributed early in the pre-construction phase through design-assist services and BIM coordination, helping shape the electrical infrastructure long before installation began. Our team delivered all electrical systems for the building, including power distribution, lighting and advanced control systems, audio/visual technology, fire alarm and security, and support for high-efficiency HVAC equipment. Precision work was especially critical in the theater and its 450-seat performance hall, where specialized lighting and A/V systems were meticulously installed to enhance both instruction and production quality. The result is a modern, thoughtfully engineered space that elevates performance experiences.

About the Project Excellence Program
The Project Excellence Awards program was developed to recognize excellence in electrical/technology installations from members responsible for their outstanding achievements. The award competition identifies examples of quality project management and acknowledges innovative projects to help motivate its member-contractors to identify and optimize the use of their strengths.
