In 2020, Long Electric was hired to perform the electrical design and construction of this office tenant improvement project in Richmond, Ca. The project involved the demolition of an existing commercial building interior space and the buildout of offices, conference rooms, and training rooms. Scope included new LED light fixtures and controls, power to office furniture, HVAC systems and Fire Alarm.
