Long Electric teamed with BHM Construction to perform the build of a 2 building project at San Marin High School: A new STEM building and Performing Arts Center (PAC). 

STEM Building

The new STEM building consists of a single-story, 24-foot-high building and associated improvements including a courtyard, outdoor project area, and landscaping. The building will be approx. 18,466sf. The STEM classroom building includes science classrooms for chemistry, biology and bio-tech.  Our scope for this new ground up building included the installation of all of the electrical systems including site, interior and exterior lighting, power, distribution, fire alarm, security, audio-visual and tele/data.  Our team was able to complete our scope ahead of the project scheduled milestones, safely and efficiently.

Performing Arts Center

The new single-story performing arts center (PAC) will be 1,545sf. larger than the existing PAC. It will contain a total of 8,010sf. of usable space with seating or 217 auditorium guests. Our scope for this new ground up building included the installation of all of the electrical systems including site, interior and exterior lighting, power, distribution, fire alarm, security, audio-visual and tele/data.  Our team was able to complete our scope ahead of the project scheduled milestones, safely and efficiently.
